Welcome
The club conducts meetings regularly in North Adelaide with competitions, practicals, workshops and social weekends planned.
Meetings are held at the rear of 176 Tynte Street, North Adelaide. Visitors to the club are always welcome. Please feel free to drop in on the night.
If you are looking to join the club, then please come along to any of the meetings at the clubrooms and take a look. Introduce yourself to any of the committee members (they wear committee badges) and they will be pleased to answer any questions that you have.

Previous Workshop: Beach Shoot (31st Jan)
This year's beach shoot was again held at Semaphore from 7pm onwards. There were 8 models available to work with the photographers who attended.
Although it was a bit gusty and got a bit chilly once the sun had set, I believe I can speak on behalf of all those who attended in saying that a good evening was had by all.
Thanks again to the models; Stefania, Erin, Jodie, Susan, Daria, Alyssa, Monica and Kate, the workshop director Colion Lounder and to all others who helped organise the event.
Remember all members who attended, please return images to the club to be passed onto the models for volunteering their time at the beach shoot.

Congratulations to Jan Pudney who wowed the judge with her winning image "Check the Time" in the Iris Millikan Trophy competition.

Reminders
Membership Fees Due
Subs are now due for members who have not yet paid and wish to continue their membership this year. The membership fee will be $55 and should be paid to the treasurer, Dan Pangrazio.
Submission deadline: Centennial Park Exhibition
All entries for this years Centennial Park Exhibition must be submitted by 1st Feb 2012.
2012 Glennie Nature Salon
The Merrimack Valley Camera Club has invited the Adelaide Camera Club to participate in the 32nd George W. Glennie Nature Salon photographic competition. The club needs to submit 10 images, with no more than 2 from any one author. In past years we have not managed to get enough images in from members, so please if you have some nature images consider submitting them to the club for the Glennie competition!
